We Do it All for You
Our staff does it all for you. We design a complete solution to fit your needs that includes installation of displays as well as production and scheduled delivery of content on an on-going basis.
Example
A corporate client needed to grab the attention of and inform more than 500 employees on a daily basis. We installed large LCD displays in gathering and waiting areas throughout the company’s facility. We then produced a custom program loop using attention-grabbing multimedia content representing different departments. Each department notifies us electronically with new and updated content (text, photos, etc.) on an on-going basis. We immediately transform their text-based information into a multimedia presentation and distribute to the displays. We installed and service the complete network as well as produce and deliver all of the content.
Option #2
You Do it All Yourself
It's possible you have the skill sets in-house to do it all yourself but want the value of using our Digital Signage network and services. We will consult on your requirements and supply the necessary solution so you make it happen on your own plus we'll be there for support should you need it.
Example
A large multi-location company had the need to communicate site-specific information as well as entertainment snippets to many employees at each site. We installed individual closed-circuit LCD networks at each location and produced the initial program loop with visual templates. We trained key employees at each location to author and produce their own on-going content updates. The client sometimes calls on us to support in production and service when they are too busy to meet demands and to train additional staff when required.
Option #3
We Do it Together
There might be some aspects that you want to handle yourself such as installing displays, producing your own content or publishing the content to the displays. We will work with you to establish a joint-effort solution that best suits your needs.
Example
A government health agency with many locations informs and educates patients in waiting rooms. Some locations purchased and installed their own LCD displays while others relied on us. We produce on-going health education content and manage the distribution to all sites. Each location updates specific segments relating to their site simply by using a web-based publishing application plus current news and weather information is automatically fed to each display. The entire network is managed and serviced by us.
